General terms and conditions of player registration

ARTICLE 1- INTRODUCTION
These terms and conditions apply to online registration on the www.7cup.be website for participation in the amateur soccer tournament organized by Creative One Media, whose registered office is located at Avenue 77 Business centre Triq In-Negozju, Zone 3 central business distric Birkirkara, CBD 3010 MALTA (Malta) and is registered under the business number C 66788 (hereinafter the or the "Organizer") at its facilities or partner facilities (hereinafter the "Event").
These terms and conditions apply to registration for the Event organized by the Organizer.
The Organizer intervenes at the stage of online management of the registration of teams to participate in the Event and is the organizer of the Event.
ARTICLE 2 – PURPOSE
The Organizer handles the registration of players for its Event in its own name and on its own behalf.
Registration may be cancelled at any time, subject to reimbursement of the purchase price indicated.
Participation in the Events is authorized for private purposes only; any participation in the context of a professional activity is forbidden, except with the prior agreement of the Organizer. Any participation in connection with any advertising or promotional activity is expressly prohibited, including in connection with any offer of competitions or prize draws, unless express written permission is given by the Organizer.
ARTICLE 3 – REGISTRATION AND CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION
Registration is exclusively reserved for able-bodied people over 18.
All entries are subject to payment of the registration fee of 300 euros (incl. VAT) per team, which must be paid before the date communicated by the Organizer.
At the time of purchase, the buyer must specify the people who will be attending the Event.
In order to be authorized to take part in the Event, the participant(s) guarantee(s) to meet all of the following conditions:
- Be at least 18 years old on the day of registration;
- Be in possession of a valid identity document;
- Respect the house rules of the Organizer and its partners;
- Respect the rules applicable to the Event.
The Organizer will check the registration conditions when participants register. The Organizer reserves the right to refuse the registration of any participant who does not meet the conditions for participation in the Event.
ARTICLE 4 –PRICE
In accordance with current regulations, the registration fee includes the currency. Unless otherwise stated, prices are in euros and include all taxes.
ARTICLE 5 – AVAILABILITY
The Organizer pays great attention to the quality of the content that appears online on the site. The Organizer does everything it can to provide correct and up to date information and to correct any errors that may arise as quickly as possible, as soon as these errors are brought to its attention.
The Organizer does not guarantee that the Site will remain accessible and free of inaccuracies at all times and in all circumstances. The Organizer therefore declines any liability for losses or inconveniences that the user may suffer due to false, inaccurate or missing information or due to a lack of clarity in the information provided on the site or due to information provided by a third party regarding the said services, for example on a third-party website that makes reference to it.
The site informs you in real time of the availability of products when you place your order. If registrations are no longer available between the beginning and end of your order, the system will inform you. You can check the contents of your order before validating your registration.
ARTICLE 6 – PAYMENT
All registrations are definitive once validated, without prejudice to article 9 paragraph 3. The validation of your registration implies the obligation to pay the price indicated. Only one method of payment is allowed per registration.
The purchaser who makes the registration is deemed to be solely responsible for the registration and its payment. Even if the order is placed on behalf of one or more third parties.
Payment must be made by bank transfer to the account communicated by the Organizer and before the date communicated by the Organizer.
ARTICLE 7 – CONFIRMATION OF REGISTRATION
No registration will be validated by the Organizer until it has been paid for and confirmed by the Organizer by means of an email sent by the Organizer. This confirmation email is required in order to participate in the Event; you will only be authorized to participate in the Event upon presentation of the confirmation email and if payment has been received in the Organizer's account no later than the date communicated by the Organizer. It is therefore your responsibility to check that you have received this confirmation. In the event of non-receipt after a reasonable period, the participant should contact the Organizer.
The Organizer reserves the right to cancel registrations which may reasonably be suspected of having been made fraudulently or in contravention of these terms and conditions of sale.
ARTICLE 8 – CONFIRMATION AND CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION
Confirmation
Confirmation of registration for the Event is sent to the email address of the buyer after each validated registration.
Characteristics
Each entry includes the following information in visible or coded form:
- Identification of the Organizer;
- Name of Event;
- Last name and first name of the participant(s);
- Price paid by the buyer;
- Unique registration identification number.
Uniqueness
The registration is only valid for the place, date and time to which it belongs. The confirmation of registration must be kept until the end of the Event.
Unless otherwise specified in the rules, registrations are nominative and remain personal and non- transferable.
The reproduction, duplication or counterfeiting of a registration is prohibited. The Organizer reserves the right to refuse access to the Event site without refund.
Check
The Organizer is free to check the validity of registrations when accessing the Event.
Proof
The Organizer is also required to check the identity of participants. Participants must therefore be able to prove their identity with a valid identity card or passport.
The Organizer may request further proof of identity when granting access to the Event.
ARTICLE 9 – CANCELLATION AND REFUND
The Organizer reserves the right to modify the start time of an Event without prior notice, in which case the participant may choose to play or cancel their participation and be reimbursed.
The Organizer reserves the right to cancel an Event, even at the last minute, without prior notice. In this case, the buyer will be notified by email and may request a refund of the order.
Purchasers may be reimbursed provided they cancel their participation before midnight on 1 June 2024 via the Organizer's contact form available in the "About us" section of the www.7cup.be site. . Cancellation by the buyer cancels the registration of their entire team. Refunds will be made by bank transfer to the bank account provided at the time of registration within 30 days.
ARTICLE 10 – LIABILITY
Except in the case of gross or intentional negligence on its part, the Organizer is not liable for any direct or indirect losses, including loss of profit, image, anticipated savings, customers or data, or damage to image, caused to the user or a third party by the site, including but not restricted to losses caused by i) the inaccessibility of the site, for any reason whatsoever, ii) unauthorized access to the site by a third party and the consequences that this may have, iii) a case of force majeure, iv) certain content, in particular in the event that the site contains data, a file, a component or more generally any element, of any nature whatsoever, such as a virus, despite the protective measures in place.
ARTICLE 11 – CUSTOMER SERVICE
For any inquiry from the buyer concerning the Event or the receipt of their order, the buyer must first contact the Organizer via the contact address [email protected].
ARTICLE 12 – PERSONAL DATA
Registration for this Event implies the processing of your personal data by the Organizer and its partners. This is more fully described in the Privacy Policy available here and in the Cookie Policy, which form an integral part of these terms and conditions.
In accordance with the European Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data, you have a permanent right to access and rectify all data concerning you, simply make a request by email ([email protected]).
By way of example, the information necessary for the Organizer to process the order is: last name, first name, telephone number, bank account number and email address of the buyer, as well as the last name and first name of participants in the Event.
ARTICLE 13 – APPLICABLE LAW
The applicable law is Belgian law. Any difficulty relating to the interpretation, formation and performance of the contract will be subject to the jurisdiction of the Belgian courts.
ARTICLE 14 – VERSIONS
These terms and conditions are available in several languages. In the event of any contradiction or discrepancy between the versions, the French version of these terms and conditions shall prevail.
